This page explains how Build with Robyn (“we,” “us”) handles information on buildwithrobyn.ai. We’ve kept it plain, because the honest summary is short: we collect your email address only if you choose to give it to us, and nothing else.

1. What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is your email address, and only when you type it into one of our signup forms: for example, to receive a free guide or to join the newsletter list. Along with your email, we record which form you used, so we know what you asked for.

That’s the whole list. No accounts, no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising cookies, no profiles. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.

2. What we do with your email

• Send you the thing you signed up for.
• When our newsletter launches, send you new guides and practical notes. Every email will include an unsubscribe link, and you can leave anytime.
• Nothing else. No selling, no renting, no “partners.”

3. Where your email lives

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this site (Netlify’s privacy documentation). If we move the newsletter to a dedicated platform such as Substack, addresses will be managed there and every email will carry its unsubscribe link.

4. Purchases are handled by Gumroad

When you buy (or download) a guide, the buttons take you to Gumroad, our checkout and delivery partner. Information you provide there (name, email, payment details) is collected and processed by Gumroad under Gumroad’s Privacy Policy, not by this website. We receive limited order information (your email and which product), and use it only to deliver and support your order.

5. Hosting and server logs

Like most web hosts, Netlify may automatically process basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs, along with anonymous page-speed measurements, to deliver the site securely and reliably. None of it is used to identify or track you.

6. Cookies

This website sets no cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the California CCPA/CPRA or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. For anything you’ve given us, email hello@buildwithrobyn.ai and we’ll handle it. For purchase data, Gumroad’s privacy tools are the fastest path, or write to us and we’ll help you get there. We do not sell or share personal information.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

If our practices change, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
